-ELEGANT DESIGN APARTMENT! 2 BED -SEVILLA- WIFI - 5 PAX:
Beautiful renovated apartment. It has capacity for 5 people. It has two spacious rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bunk bed. Perfect for couples, families with or without children and friends. Spacious and new bathroom. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. It also has a washing machine for the use of our guests. In the living room you will find a nice and comfortable sofa and armchair, TV with CromeCast to watch TV with internet and American bar. Cheerful apartment that will not leave indifferent guests who decide to stay with us. Very good area connected to the center. Airport, Train and metro station. It has wifi and is air-conditioned.It is a mezzanine so you have to go down one floor, the rooms all face the outside.

You just have to enjoy it!

Problems and no response. Do not stay here.

Poor communication with property managers once checked in. Discrepancy regarding how many of us were staying in the apartment. I requested additional towels and never received a response. The smell of septic from the pipes became unbearable. Infestation of bugs appeared in the kitchen. I continued to write the property manager through the VRBO app as well as the WhatsApp number they provided and still never received a response. Wound up leaving the apartment days before the end of my booking. Left the keys on the counter and checked into NH Collections hotel down the road. NH Hotels was less expensive and a million times better!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We did not end up staying

The company that manages the property were very easy to deal with via their WhatsApp number. However, we didn’t always have a quick response from the owner via VRBO. We arrived at the property and realized it was a basement unit. Not a problem, but as you went down the stairway into the basement there was a strong odor of sewage. Inside the unit it wasn’t as bad, but wasn’t pleasant. We opened up the windows and walked down to pick up groceries. When we returned, it wasn’t much better. We went to a nearby park to try to figure out next steps. We tried to contact the owner via VRBO, but never got a response (still haven’t). We also contacted the property manager via WhatsApp. They were lovely in helping us find another accommodation for our stay. I would highly recommend the services of Sevilla Moving, but I would not recommend this unit.

Estancia en Sevilla

La ubicación muy bien, alquilamos coche y lo aparcamos en la misma calle del apartamento. Respecto al apartamento, la decoración y las camas muy cómodas. La parte mala, hemos sido 5 personas y solo habia 4 sillas. Y no pudimos abrir las ventanas porque era un sótano y estaban muy altas.
