62 m2 any comfort, last floor, big balcony, parking, close beach

Apartment of 62 m2, very bright, comfortable, very quiet, near downtown and sea.
A room of even foot with bed in 140 cm and a big mezzanine of 18m2 with bed of 160 cm.
Cot umbrella with mattress and high chair available on request (free).
Balcony of 15 m2 with sea view, on which it is possible to have lunch or to have an aperitif while admiring the sunset. Locked bike room. CAREL at 1,5 km.
Linen not provided. Possibility to rent set of sheets (12 €) and set of towels (5 € / pers).
Optional departure cleaning (45 €), mandatory beyond one week rental. If not subscribed, the apartment must be made as clean as you arrived.
In order not to penalize holidaymakers, I do not include the deposit on the site, so you do not have to advance it. However, I ask a check for 450 € (not cashed) that I return in the week following your departure. For non French nationals who do not have a checkbook I ask for cash that I return the day of departure after inventory.
Please ask your insurer for a holiday insurance certificate (it is free) and bring it on your arrival.
The tourist tax is collected by Homelidays, provided that the amount calculated by the site corresponds to the tax that must be levied.

Das Appartement ist in guter Lage und man ist schnell zum Fuß am Strand. Parken kann man immer im Innenhof.. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarere Nähe.Die Küche ist in Anbetracht der Größe wirklich super und funktional eingerichtet.Man hat alles was man braucht.Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was wir benötigten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. .Für uns hat das Preisleistungsverhältnis gestimmt.und kommen gerne wieder.Die Vermieter sind diskret und hilfsbereit.Danke!

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Aufteilung der Räume. Durch die Empore, wo 2 Personen schlafen können, haben Kinder und Erwachsene Eugene Bereiche. Man ist in 6 Minuten Fußweg am Stadtstrand. Dieser Weg führt vorbei an einer kleinen Markthalle, wo man sich mit frischen Lebensmitteln eindecken kann - und dann durch ein Villenviertel mit tollen Häusern. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, und doch erreicht man die grossen Supermärkte schnell mit dem Auto.

Ideale Wohnung wenn man etwas beweglich ist

Sehr schön wir konnten Freunde besuchen und Besuch empfangen und waren trotzdem Unabhänig. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe sind ausgezeichnet. Der Weg zu den Stränden ist kurz Die Innenstadt mit Geschäften und Restaurants war leicht erreichbar.

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, une bouteille de pineau au frais , c'est toujours agréable de se savoir attendu. Location bien située, calme, très propre et décorée avec gout, une belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue. Un seul petit bémol, la literie mériterait d'etre renouvelée. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à Royan, en partie grâce aux conditions d'accueil de la propriétaire, Françoise. L'appartement est très lumineux, dispsosant d'un beau balcon. Nous avons bénéficié de tout le confort; "comme à la maison". En effet les équipements et accessoires étaient au complet, rien n'a manqué, on s'est sentis chez soi. La propriétaire Françoise avait à cœur que ses locataires soient satisfaits: son objectif est atteint, un grand merci !
