Close to Brétignolles sea (4kms), 10 minutes from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and 20 minutes of Sables d'Olonne, the Ile de Noirmoutier 40 minutes and Puy du Fou to 1 hour. 5 mins, Lake Jaunay .This house with 2 bedrooms, one double bed in one and two single beds in the other with closet, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, room 40m2 living carefully decorated with television DVD player, kitchen is equipped with a combination oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster, you can enjoy shellfish under a covered terrace . land fenced, private parking, bicycles. No pets allowed

Location à recommander ! Maison récente de plain-pied dans une impasse au calme, toute équipée (tupperwares, saladiers, cafetière classique et Senseo, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, barbecue au gaz...) avec jardin clôturé, terrasse, store banne/parasols, vélos avec casques et porte bébé, jeux de société, livres... Mieux qu'en photo ! Vous trouverez dans les environs directs une boulangerie, une supérette et une station essence, et les premières plages sont à 10-15min en voiture (attention aux marées). A avoir en tête : les serviettes et les draps sont à emmener + pas de wifi. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et maison kids friendly (pas d'escalier + chaise haute et lit parapluie mis à disposition). Merci pour ces agréables vacances en Vendée !

Excellent séjour!!!

Séjour du 14 au 28 juillet 2018. Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines dans une maison très agréable avec nos deux enfants où l’on a pu profiter du soleil du matin jusqu’au soir grâce aux deux terrasses dont une est abritée en cas de pluie. Très bien équipée et le propriétaire et le contact sur place sont accueillants et à l’écoute.

très bonne location !!!!

Location trés agréable et adaptées à notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2enfants de 5 ans et 19mois). accueil trés agréable et chaleureux. Maison avec un jardin apprécié aussi bien par nous que par nos enfants. le top la balancelle!! les jeux et les vélos à disposition : trés bien manquait juste les casques , surtout pour les enfants . petit bémol pour le couchage adulte: le lit était un peu juste pour mon mari mesurant 1m86 mais gite très propre ( alèses jetables au top!!!) je recommande ce gîte avec son lotissement et ses environs très sympathique
