The small town of Cavriglia is just under two kilometres away and offers restaurants, shops and a COOP supermarket. Wine lovers can visit the nearby Malerba winery for tastings. The Chianti villages are within easy reach, and day trips to Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Cortona are convenient thanks to the nearby A1 motorway. Montevarchi train station offers frequent direct trains to Florence. The popular designer outlet The Mall, featuring brands such as Gucci and Prada, is also within easy reach.

The gardens are spacious and well maintained, with large lawns, covered terraces and inviting seating areas. The fenced pool features a washroom with shower and WC, ideal for families with children. A shaded dining area allows for relaxed meals outdoors.



Inside, guests will find a fresh, modern interior that is thoughtfully equipped and very well maintained. Everything is arranged with comfort in mind.



The friendly owners live upstairs with their two dogs. They are happy to help with local tips and recommendations while fully respecting guests’ privacy. They only use the pool when guests are away.
