It consists of 1 living room with plasma screen TV, community wifi, bathroom, double room, double room with 150 cm bed, large closets, air conditioning c / f, equipped kitchen, terrace with beautiful sea views. Pool with 3 depths, garden, community parking, direct access to the sea from the garden. Leisure areas and services: restaurants, cafes, newspapers, bakery, supermarket. 3rd floor without elevator.
