This two-storey country house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Surrounded by a well-maintained garden with mature trees, the property features plenty of outdoor seating areas, both sunny and shaded – ideal for enjoying the peaceful setting at any time of day.



A special highlight for families with young children is the fenced pool, which provides added safety. Despite the tranquil location, amenities are close at hand: the village of Vagliagli with a small grocery shop and a good restaurant is just 1.5 km away. Castellina in Chianti, with restaurants, cafés and shops, is around 20 minutes away by car – be sure to try the excellent gelato at the Gelateria di Castellina. The famous Chianti Sculpture Park is only about 6 km away.

The villa is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, with easy access to the region’s renowned wineries, castles and historic villages. Siena is just a 30-minute drive away, and Florence, San Gimignano and Arezzo are also ideal for day trips.
