Complete apartment facing the sea
Apartment near the sea (70 m) in a residential complex on the Sirena seafront in Tortoreto, very nice and well furnished, composed of a living room / kitchen, 2 bedrooms (4 beds), bathroom. The sleeping area is air-conditioned and the other rooms have a fan. The very comfortable kitchen has a stove with 5 burners. The two balconies with the curtains on the sides of exposures allow you to be lived in full and eat outside. Closed garage and assigned parking space.
In the house there are: a washing machine with 6 kg of load, dishwasher, iron and phono and the satellite tv decoder (no card).
3 new bikes are available (on request) and another with wheels.
