About this property

A BEAUTIFUL FAMILY HOME CLOSE TO THE BEACHES, 16 pers, 2 houses

The two houses are in the heart of a large family farmhouse.
Recently restored, the first of 250 m2 can accommodate from 10 to 11 people and the second of 100 m2 can accommodate from 6 to 7 people ..
If you occupy the 2 houses you can be altogether 16 people, even 17 or 18.

In the park, the swimming pool of 12mX5m is in the middle of a vast green space totally fenced, access can only be done by a secure gate.

The beaches are nearby, 5 km.
For golf lovers there is the very beautiful 18-hole golf course of Saint Cyprien and for crazy skitesurf, one of the best spots 5 km.
A kite school offers courses for beginners and affirmed.

The house is in the heart of an authentic Catalan farmhouse. Recently renovated, perfectly equipped, it is an ideal place for a beautiful holiday with family or friends.
Next door, another smaller house can accommodate 6 to 7 additional people. The two houses are completely independent of each other but close enough to end up in a living room, a garden or pool.
The farmhouse is particularly well located, on the edge of a village, near the beautiful beaches, a famous kite surfing spot and an 18-hole golf course in Saint Cyprien, close to the Vermeille coast, Collioure, Spain, from Perpignan.
A perfect place to organize a golf or kitesurf stay, to discover the region, but also to rest in the shade or in the sun between two dives in the pool.
We have many tips, ideas for walks and addresses to give to live the French and Spanish region.

Regroupement familial pour un anniversaire

Les maisons sont conformes aux photos, avec des espaces extérieurs très ombragés. Elles sont bien équipées en terme d’ustensiles de cuisine pour un groupe assez nombreux ( nous étions 15) et Nathalie, la propriétaire, est très arrangeante.
