The living room also has a dining area, flat screen TV, SAT and DVD. All appliances in the kitchen are of premium quality (microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic induction hob, American fridge / freezer with ice cubes function). On the first floor there are three double bedrooms (all with large built-in wardrobes) and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys splendid views and has its own en-suite bathroom and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom as well as a spacious terrace also with a fantastic view over the Marina of Cala d'Or. A further staircase leads to the roof terrace with comfortable lounge seating and more breathtaking views of the Marina and to the other side, views to the Mallorcan hill landscape.
