A superbly located and equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom designer apartment, with a large terrace looking west across to the mouth of the fjord & unforgettable sunsets, with majestic mountains towering above to the rear.

A large pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area set in a verdant Mediterranean garden.

Two separate bedrooms, one with a king size bed and separate shower bathroom and the other with a large double sofa bed, and adjoining bathroom with large jacuzzi, separated by curtain from the living room. The living room also has a double sofa bed, where guests have arguably the best views in the apartment through curved, sliding floor to ceiling windows!

All rooms are separately air conditioned with electric underfloor heating for the winter.

Large terrace to the apartment itself, offering 270 degree views, and a large dining table with 4 chairs (More chairs can be brought out from the apartment)

Beautifully lit infinity pool in glass mosaic 10m by 5m, max depth 1.5m (Big enough to Swim properly in). Connected Jacuzzi with both air and water massage jets.

Mediterranean garden with 25 plant varieties including Olive, Cypress, Oleander and Lavender offering a tranquil place to lounge by the pool.

Outdoor dining area and large, permanent outdoor BBQ with charcoal & lighters supplied.

Abundant range of towels (Including special ones to look cool at the pool & beach!) supplied.

I'm Daniel, a British based IT Architect and Property Developer. Yes it is possible to do both these things but probably not at the same time!

I completed the build of this property at around 2017 and took great pleasure in working with other residents to create a truly beautiful space within the garden.

Like an architect, I look holistically at the whole project to make sure its 'pieces' fit together, but I also have a passion for detail. I like to combine materials, fabrics and colours to create a calming, coherent effect.

I also like to innovate. My latest passion is in the usage of artificial intelligence to renewable energy. I'm in the middle of building a Solar heating panel for the pool water controlled by a Raspberry PI! So I'm a bit of a geek... :)

My favourite 'saying' is: Your most precious possession is your memories. In nothing else are you truly rich or poor.

Where to start?

The location has all the advantages of being close to town, whilst having a fantastic calming feeling with swallows soaring in the air all round, keeping you company as you relax in the pool.

The view from your balcony is astonishing in all directions - The westerly sunset view to the mouth of the Fjord; The fascinating view up to the top of the impressive granite mountains behind, that glow orange as the sun sets.

Wake up with the sun caressing your face through the Venetian blinds behind you.

Watch the cruise ships come in from your vantage point in the jacuzzi.

The infinity pool is large enough to swim lengths in, and the garden is a verdant paradise. The pool and garden is magical when lit up after dark!

A large BBQ and table in the garden presents a nice option for dining in the evening.

The rooms are individually air conditioned with underfloor electrical heating, which is also in the bathrooms.

Bathrooms are lovingly created in travertine limestone and modern designer fittings. An ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, welcome for young families and for everyone after those adventurous days!

Kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and brand new kitchenware and a set of plastic utensils, cups and dishes.

Generally, the apartment has a very modern, new and calming feel to it. It exudes 'attention to detail'.

Parking is ample at the building itself and the surrounding area.

The Infinity Pool is quite large for this size of property and has an attached jacuzzi with air and water massage jets.

The garden, around the pool is especially beautiful with 25 confident varieties of mediterranean plants.
