Incredibly restful, stunning views, huge pool, lovely hosts

The photos do not do this place justice. Set within the Tuscan hills, you are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The pool is huge and well maintained, swimming in it was an absolute delight. We loved adding fresh ingredients to our dinners from the little veg garden on site. The beds and apartments are simply but beautifully decorated, with comfy mattresses and a good linen selection. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, recommending some local haunts and best kept secrets. We enjoyed eating outside in the many places to sit and enjoy the view or the shade for breakfast lunch and dinner. The apartments can get warm at night and best to bring some bug spray but overall a wonderful experience and would go back with a big group and stay in the various apartments available. Thank you.

Haus in den Weinbergen

Das Haus kiegt sehr abseits vom Trubel auf einem Hügel. Dadurch ist es sehr angenehm ruhig! Die Anfahrt über Schotterwege nicht ganz so einfach. Vermietet werden insgesamt nur 4 Wohnungen. Jede mit separatem Eingang, so dass man wirklich schon sehr für sich ist.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Schlafmöglichkeit für 6Personen. Ein altes Bauernhaus etwas dunkel aber auch kühl. Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmer zum lüften abends wären noch toll gewesen!Ein riesiger Pool ist vorhanden, den wir meist für uns alleine hatten.30min Fahrt zur Tramstation "Villa Costanza" mit direkter Verbindung zur Innenstadt!Nach Volterra, Siena, Lucca, Pisa sind es ca. 50-70 Minuten mit dem Auto.Gary der Vermieter und Verwalter wohnt vor Ort und ist jederzeit ansprechbar wenn was fehlt, oder für Tipps in der Umgebung etc.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es weiterempfehlen für alle die Ruhe suchen, weg vom Trouble wollen, mit toller Aussicht in die Weinberge.

Une belle demeure dans la vallée en Toscane

Un belle maison ancienne dans un décor splendide. Il faut savoir que c’est loin de tout , en campagne. Les équipements sont rudimentaires, la route pour s’y rendre est particulièrement difficile. Le gestionnaire sur place a été vraiment aidant et très serviable.

Schönes Apartment mitten in den Weinbergen. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Sehr ruhig, toller Pool und sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Weingüter bequem erriechen, Pisa, Lucca, Siena und Voltera ca. 1h, Florenz 40 min. mit Umsteigen in die Strassenbahn nach Florenz.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung im Chianti

wunderschön in den Weinbergen gelegenes, alt ehrwürdiges toskanisches Bauernhaus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Gary, der Co-Host begrüßt einen freundlich und kompetent auf Englisch (mit etwas schottischem Akzent) und steht für alle Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Gute Restaurants inkl. Reservierung gehören dazu. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, ist geräumig mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern, einer vollständigen Küche inkl. Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine, Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch, einem Tisch draußen auf einer überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Innenhof (Treppe runter) und gutem Wlan, teilweise auch draußen. Highlights des Objektes: Der Ausblick!! (selbst von der Toilette aus), natürlich der wunderschöne und große Pool sowie die Nähe zu Florenz. Tipp: in 30 min. erreicht man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in Scandicci an der Endstation der Tram (Villa Costanza), von wo aus man für 1,50 Eur p.P. bequem ins Zentrum von Florenz fahren kann. Wir haben unseren 2wöchigen Urlaub dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (6+8) einfach nur genossen und waren traurig, als wir gestern abreisen mussten. Guter Ort, um die Toskana und das Chianti zu erkunden oder einfach nur am Pool zwischen Olivenbäumen zu entspannen.
