DESCRIPTION
In a quiet country district, near Santa Maria di Leuca, immersed in ancient olive groves, our residence looks out to the Ionian Sea.
We have designed and furnished it, our guests will have the opportunity to spend a dream holiday, both in the summer and in the winter.
The large garden with an olive grove which surrounds the house is approximately 6,000 m². The interiors are spacious and dominated by white décor which is elegantly "tainted" with gray and green, typical colors of the surrounding area.
The kitchen area is equipped with a five ring hob.
Moreover, on the ground floor there is a guest room with a double sofa bed.
Unlike the ground floor, which has natural resin flooring in the living room, guest's room and bathroom; the upper floor is laid in white oak parquet. This bedroom has a shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom including a Jacuzzi shower. The rooms have a great view of the sea, the garden and the olive grove.
From the spacious veranda, you can enjoy amazing views of the Salento style gazebo - “cannizzo.
The property is equipped with outdoor shower (hot / cold), barbecue and washing machine.
Externally you will find an organic vegetable garden corner.
The sea is only three minutes away by car. The rocky caves of Santa Maria di Leuca (8 km) and the white sandy beaches of Torre Vado and Pesculuse (3 km) or other lively resorts in Ugento (18 km). Those who like the rocky coastline, can head for the Cape of Santa Maria di Leuca and Tricase, passing by the spectacular fiord at “Ciolo.
