This charming villa offers a prime location for your dream holiday on the Costa del Sol, combining Andalusian charm with modern amenities.INSIDE VILLA DESCRIPTION:The villa is spread over two floors, with the ground floor accessible by 10 steps from the main street.On the ground floor you find an elegant entrance hall leading to a bright kitchen following by the lounge and dining area from which you can access directly the pool area.In the upper floor you will find the three bedrooms: two twin rooms sharing a full bathroom and a master king-size bedroom with en-suite facilities.Bathrooms feature bathtubs with overhead showers and stylish marble wash basins.Patio doors in the master and one twin bedroom open onto a terrace overlooking the pool.FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR STAY: Enjoy the convenience of a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, as well as modern amenities like a washing machine, free WiFi, and a TV with international channels. Air-conditioning is available in the living room and in all bedrooms for added comfort. These machines have both a cold function for the summer and hot function for the cooler winter months.Optional services subjected to availability and extra cost include: welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping and taxi transfers from the airport.
