Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Las Palmeras

Villa Las Palmeras is a brand new three-bedroom villa with multiple terraces, a private pool and private parking for one vehicle within the grounds.The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 8-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Concha Blanca which also has a communicating door between the pool areas ideal for larger groups - and it is near all of our other properties in the Parador area. Downstairs, Villa Las Palmeras has a an open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room with french windows opening into a delightful terrace which has outside furniture to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or al fresco dining whilst overlooking the large pool. There is also a WC off of the living area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and access to the large sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms also has French windows out to the terrace overlooking the pool from where there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains.Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (6m x 3m and 1.4m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
