Spacious bungalow in the “El Cortijo” complex, 300 meters from Playa de Troya Beach in the heart of Las Americas. Designed for up to 4 people (maximum number). It features a terrace with a table and chairs on the first floor and a balcony with ocean views on the second floor.
The bungalow has a sofa bed for two beds in the living room, combined with the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed on the second floor, a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with everything you need - a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in different languages, a washing machine, iron and ironing facilities, an equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and all necessary set of dishes. The complex has a garden, a large outdoor pool for adults with sunbeds, a small outdoor pool for children and free indoor parking only for residents of the complex. Near the complex there are a promenade, bars, restaurants, supermarkets (some of them are round-the-clock), a fruit shop, a bus station, and a taxi. Within walking distance are a water park for children and adults, Siam Park, a supermarket Mercadona, and a shopping center Siam Mall.
