Water views from every room and walk out to the deck footsteps from the water and your own private beach! The oversized deck is perfect for barbecue and watching epic sunsets and views of Fire Island!

It has three bedrooms (two queen sized beds and one trundle bed that can be used as two singles or joined together as a king - It has two fully renovated bathrooms. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet on a dead end street. Its is on the southern Shirley peninsula which is surrounded by all sides of the Great South Bay.

Car will be necessary for most activities, but bicycling is a nice way to get around. Moreover, the Mastic/Shirley train station is located 6 miles north which makes guest commuting quite an easy one.
