Due to the COVID crisis, we use late cancellation fees (only from 1 month before the holiday date) to give you the flexibility to make the final travel decision just before the departure date!
Close to the Arenal beach (4.1 km), the beautiful picturesque city center (5.5 km), the Javea golf club (4.7 km) and a large supermarket (3.1 km).
The villa consists of the main villa and an apartment with separate entrance (through the garden).
Main Villa:
Spacious and bright central living room with modern open kitchen and terrace.
3 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house, all renovated in 2016.
The kitchen is very well equipped with large induction plate, oven, microwave, double door fridge, ice maker, filtered water, Nespresso machine, etc., etc.
All bedrooms have central air conditioning. The entire house has central heating.
Apartment (separate entrance):
For 3 people with a bedroom, a living room with one more bed and a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Ideal for families: Wii console, WiFi, Internet TV (incl. Netflix), many books and games available (most in Dutch).
Outdoor lounge with Ibicenco awning, lounge set, dining table and Weber gas barbecue set.
All linen, including large beach towels are included.
An outside (covered) fully equipped gym is available overseeing the beautiful garden and valley.
Covered carport for 2 cars.
