Recently renovated cozy modern studio on the topmost floor of the complex, offering breathtaking views from the balcony over Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel and the mountains, as well as the sea (side view). Sandy beaches are only 250m away. There are 3 outdoor pools, a garden, a restaurant, and a supermarket on site. Great location: numerous restaurants and bars, supermarkets are a step away. All main attractions are neaby: Paloma Park, Puerto Marina, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World, Arroyo de la Miel.
Accommodation provides air conditioning (cooling/heating), ceramic heater (for winter time), free 300 Mbps Fibre WiFi, Smart flat-screen TV with installed Netflix, Sky, YouTube etc. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine Nespresso, toaster. Studio area is 22 m2 + a balcony.
