Villa V2 duplex in private condominium with pool. The Villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we have a living and dining room with sofa bed, fireplace and access to the terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dining. social shower room. Upstairs are two suites, the first with double bed, wardrobe. balcony overlooking the pool and bathroom with bathtub. The second has two single beds, wardrobe, balcony and a bathroom with shower. In the common outdoor areas you can count on a swimming pool for adults and children and green spaces.
The Villa is located in Balaia, within walking distance of the bustling town of Albufeira, where you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars, supermarkets ...
The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
Next to the condominium you will find two restaurants with excellent service, I speak of "Pizzaria Portobello", for you to enjoy Italian food and "Restaurant Martins" where you can enjoy typical Portuguese food.
