Delightful Cottage in a Stunning Private Waterfront Location.

Situated on a private estate, the property offers privacy and location, with stunning views over the Kyles of Bute and breathtaking scenery of surrounding lochs, glens and mountains of Argyll.It provides a perfect base from which to explore Scotlands spectacular West Coast.

One of the few rental accommodation in the area that has no public road nor other properties in front. A peaceful getaway, surrounded by nature yet within walking distance of the lovely coastal village of Tighnabruaich with all its amenities.

The cottage has been recently renovated and benefits from all the normal creature comforts and more. It has a stunning natural setting, complete with the soporific sounds of a natural waterfall located to one side of the cottage gardens.

Surrounded by an abundance of natural wildlife, marine life, flora and fauna, including the endangered red squirrel and Pine Marten, the cottage is a perfect coastal retreat, in which to relax and unwind with family and friends.

Special place

Even though it has quite a large boatshed next to it, this cottage has a very special atmosphere (You can barely see the shed once you're inside). The house looks straight over the most tranquil bay and we saw noone near the house either on foot or in a car while we were there. You feel as it fhe whole place is just yours! The house is warm, clean, very prettily presented and has everything you need.

Quiet, secluded getaway

A very nice clean, cottage in a rural secluded area, great for a quiet weekend away. Great location for relaxing, hiking and kayaking. Great host, everything you could possibly need is provided, Wine and shortbread was a nice welcome gift. Would highly recommend for a quiet location.

Peace at last.

Been a bit of a hectic time at home so needed a relaxing stay. This is just what we got. Lovely cottage and location is what it was all about. To swim in the Loch every morning was a treat. Huugo is a water furry so wonderful time was had by all. Pity we could not stay longer. Thank you for letting us to stay. Ange, Colin and Huugo.
