This property was exactly as promised and in a fantastic location for some peace and quiet with many sites of interest that are off the usual tourist path. I almost don't want to let out the secret. The pub across the street is great too.

This is a wonderful place to stay and a great base for exploring the Argyle coast. The hosts are extraordinarily nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The place is cozy, right down the road from a lovely pub and restaurant, close to all of the Kilmartin sights, and easy to get to towns, hikes, and anything else you could want. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for your review Jason. We hope you had a lovely trip and enjoyed Scotland. Thanks for also leaving cottage in perfect condition 😊
Home included everything we needed. Checkin process was easy and location was perfect for our family and historical visits. We wished the pub down the street had better hours.

Thanks for your review Patricia and for leaving cottage in perfect condition 😊 The opening hours of the pub are frustrating and we’ve been caught out ourselves. I’m glad you had a lovely time.
We all enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable and cosy cottage . Impressed by our host who responded positively to our problem . Argyll is such a beautiful part of Scotland .
Just back from a very relaxing stay at the cottage. It was ideal for our family of four and dog to explore the surrounding area.
Communication with the property owner was excellent and very helpful.
Lovely peaceful village and spacious cosy cottage.
Would definitely recommend very highly.

Thank you for your lovely review. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for leaving the cottage in pristine condition. Welcome back any time 😊
Quaint and cozy place. Nice kitchen. Disappointed that we chose this so we could do laundry and they was no dryer as advertised...we bought clothes pins and made the best of it. Cozy Living room and good TV experience with Amazon Prime. Wish I had explored a little more...steep stairway for seniors and needs a hand rail on the wall side. Twin beds were very comfortable....Queen bed has a dip and was quite uncomfortable for 2 people. Over all for 4 seniors this was not the best choice for us. Was very clean and across the street from a good restaurant and pub.
The house was nice, the area beautiful as Scotland always is. The town was very nice, very friendly, but we struggled to find coffee shops open from 8am
From what we saw online we were under the impression the house was quite far from neighbours, rather surprised when we got there, this was not the case at all, houses around us were very close. Went out for the day when we came back 4-5 municipal 240litre bins had been put in the only place we could park the car. Hotel over the road seemed closed all the time, no breakfast or coffee there either. It was summer but we were unable to switch off the central heating in the lounge.
