House in Beach- Oporto

Looking for where to enjoy the last rays of sunshine this summer? You will find it in this fishing village “Aguda” with a huge beach and a bay with calm water due to the seawall.
Here you will find everything you need!
The village is full of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets.
Quiet area, spectacular to have fun with family and friends.
The 3 storey villa with two balconies and a terrace with a phenomenal view is situated on the first line of the beach, with 4 bedrooms all with double bed, 2 full bathrooms, large living room and fitted kitchen.
All divisions with sea view.
We also have at your disposal several beach items such as beach towels, umbrella, windshield and some toys for children.
Wake up to a breathtaking view.
I am completely available to help with any questions you may need by SMS, email and phone.
Due to the proximity of the train station it is not "mandatory" to rent a car.
The train station is a 5 min walk from the villa allowing you to get to know other nearby areas with ease.
São bento station in the center of the port is approximately 20 minutes by train.
As well as thorn a town where it is known for its casino and seafood restaurants is 5min by train.
Within the village of Acute no transport is necessary, all trade is within a radius of 300 meters.

Great stay

The house was exactly as advertised, location was perfect being right in the beach. We had to buy some beach towels since there weren't any in the house and we could not pack any. The host was excellent very quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable overlooking the beach

Amazing location right on the beach front and within walking distance to the train station. Loved the boardwalk connecting various towns and villages along the coast. Choice between beach or city (Porto) suited everyone in our group. House is clean and comfortable. Hugo super friendly and helpful. Thank you Hugo! Highly recommended.

Beach paradise

This location is literally steps off the beach! The sunsets were beautiful! Its a block from a market with fresh fruits and vegetables along with beachside restaurants just a few steps away down the beach boardwalk. The boardwalk in front of the room goes miles in both directions - actually don’t know how far because we never made it to the end on either side! Would highly recommend !

Die Lage des Hauses ist top , allerdings die Sauberkeit und das Mobiliar ist schlecht. Extremer Schimmel in der Dusche und defektes Sofa, Toilettenbrille , Fenster und Küchenschränke. Matratzen waren durchgelegen.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Wir haben mit 5 Personen 5 Tage in diesem Haus im Juli verbracht. Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus direkt am Strand. Aufgrund der Fotos könnte man vermuten, dass das Haus renoviert worden ist. Dem ist nicht so, es sind lediglich ein paar modische Accessoires eingefügt worden. Zunächst zu den positiven Aspekten: - die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft- der Platz für 5 Personen ist ausreichend- der Ort ist klein, aber fein mit netten Restaurants und vielen Einheimischen- die Anbindung ist gutLeider fällt mir jetzt schon nichts weiteres mehr ein…Dann zu den negativen Aspekten:- es ist dreckig, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, der Kühlschrank wurde nicht sauber gemacht- Spülmaschine und Sauger funktionieren nicht richtig (was den Dreck erklärt)- alte Vorhänge und Gardinen, ranzige Sofas, Stühle dreckig und teilweise defekt- Türen schließen nicht- Klospülung im oberen Bad ist defekt- der Strand ist breit aber steinigDer Check-in bei Hugo war okay, allerdings muss man sämtliche Ausweisdaten angeben, was mich verwundert hat, da wir das bei anderen Häusern in Portugal nicht machen mussten.Das es sich um ein altes Haus handelt, war uns bewusst, aber dass es in einem solchen Zustand übergeben wird, hat uns als Familie den Start in den Urlaub vermiest. Vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass der Preis für die Leistung exorbitant hoch ist. Die hier vorgefundenen positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Vacances à Porto

Maison en front de mer idéalement située à 30 min au Sud de Porto et 30 min au nord d’Aveiro. Maison agréable sur 3 niveaux, avec 4 belles chambres reparties sur 2 niveaux avec sdb et wc. La cuisine est bien équipée permettant de cuisiner selon nos envies,et sinon il y a des restaurants sympathiques sur la promenade.

Great location - easy access to so much!

We were happy to enjoy this clean and spacious beach-front property. From here we explored Porto, Villa do Gaia, Foz and Matosinhos. We also took full advantage of the local coffee shop and beach-front restaurants just short walks from out front door - all provided the best of service and freshest choices.

Aguda a Portugese slice of heaven.

We spent a month at this location. We had sun, rain and storms. Each brought a different view. Located right on the beach with views all the way from Porto to Espinho. The town is about 4 blocks that include 3 fantastic resturants. Cafe Zizi is a great resturant. Every meal was excellent. The Condo is 3 floors with decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors with great views. The local market has fresh veggies and fruits. The market has a butcher with fresh meat every morning. Best to go early as they sell out early. The fish market is amazing. Each morning the fisherman bring the fish in. You pick your fish they clean it and bag it up. A real slice of fish market reality show.
