Beautiful property! A/C in bedrooms (2) only

Great property in a very quiet secluded neighborhood that overlooks the ocean. The house was very spacious and well equipped, and had a gated driveway to store at least two vehicles. Each of the two bedrooms had individual A/C units, but the rest of the home (in August) was very hot. The sofa bed was in the living area without A/C, so would be very hot during the summer. Location was very quiet and peaceful, and a 20 minute drive from Siracusa or only a few minutes from a nearby beach resort/restaurant. Nice added touch was a large bottle of water and fruit juice waiting for us in the refrigerator. Beautiful place to stay.
