Villas Virgin Gorda is proud to represent Villa Kenzi, a newly renovated home with thoughtful updates including all new furniture, windows, mattresses, linens, TV’s, and many kitchen upgrades. The villa is fully air-conditioned with units in each bedroom and a great room which opens out to the spacious pool terrace. This ideally situated villa on Coppermine Road is within minutes to Virgin Gorda’s best beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Villa Kenzi includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on a single level opening out onto a spacious pool terrace.

The living room features sliding glass doors that open out onto the pool terrace with ocean views. The pool terrace is comfortably appointed with sun loungers, a dining table with seating for 6, and an outdoor bar for your enjoyment. Perfect for entertaining and sharing meals with friends and family. The large master bedroom and private ensuite bath also open onto the pool terrace as well.
Sleeping will be a dream with the new four-poster bed and comfortable mattress. The two other guest rooms share the second bath and are also appointed with new furnishings and mattresses. Bedroom 2 has a four-poster queen bed and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.
The well-appointed kitchen offers additional barstool seating at the island and updated appliances and everything you need for a cooking kitchen!

Location is key at Villa Kenzi, you are just ¼ mile from Rosy’s Grocery Store. Several restaurants, the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbor, and a half-dozen world-class beaches are all within 1.5 miles. This villa is a great choice for families or groups of up to six guests. We look forward to welcoming you to this affordable and comfortable island home.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kenzi! The villa is lovely and well equipped with thoughtful details throughout the house. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool is a refreshing break from the sun. The hosts from Villas Virgin Gorda were wonderful and provided personalized service for our stay.

What makes this property unique

Virgin Gorda is the third largest and second most populous of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). The island has approximately 3500 residents. Virgin Gorda covers an area of about 8 square miles (21 km2). Christopher Columbus is said to have named the island “The Fat Virgin”, because the island’s profile on the horizon looks like a fat woman lying on her side.

The southwestern part of the island is known as The Valley or alternatively Spanish Town. In this area of low hills you will find most of the island’s population and businesses as well as the island’s yacht harbor, airport, and primary ferry dock.

In and around Spanish Town, the landscape and seascapes are strewn with giant granite boulders. These boulders provide a dramatic setting for accommodations, restaurants and beaches.

In the center of the island, a mountain rises from the sea to about 1350 feet. A national park located on top of the mountain is called Gorda Peak. This park has hiking trails and features a three-story observation deck at the island’s highest point. The views from this vantage point are truly spectacular. Except for a few small business and a residential neighborhood called North Sound, this part of the island is undeveloped and sparsely populated.
