We stayed here for a birthday celebration in Barcelona and it was perfect! The apartment is spacious, bright and clean. We loved the kitchen/living area and outdoor patio. The bedrooms were peaceful with stunning, simple decor. The host was really welcoming and made us feel at home on arrival. I would stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona

Parasta mahtava parveke

Asunto itsessään oli mielenkiintoisesti ja toimivasti rakennettu kahteen kerrokseen. Yläkerran avoin oleskelutila/keittiö oli toimiva ja moderni ratkaisu, mistä parveke avautui upeasti ilta-aurinkoon. Parvekkeella tulikin vietettyä alkuilta ennen ruokailua. Kaksi makuuhuoneista melko tilavia kadun puolelle ranskalaisin parvekkein. Jonkun verran katumelua, vaikka olikin ylhäällä, eikä pääkatu. Niissä pimentävät verhot. Yksi makuuhuone eteisessä erillisin sängyin, mutta kaikkiaan käypä, koska rappukäytävä osoittautui rauhalliseksi. Huoneesta läpinäkymätön ikkuna "valokuiluun". Säilytys- ja laskutilaa olisi voinut olla enemmän. Hyvä kph/wc. Emme käyttäneet tarjottua päivittäistä siivousta 4 päivän aikana. Placa de Catalunyalle n. vartin kävelymatka. Lentokenttäbussi tuli melko lähelle asuntoa, mutta poistuessa taksi parempi vaihtoehto, koska bussin reitti eri. Ainoa selkeä miinus oli muissakin arvosteluissa mainittu varauksen teon jälkeinen hiljaisuus. Pyynnöistä huolimatta yhteyttä ei otettu, ja luvatut/tärkeät lisätiedot saimme lopulta tekstiviestein hetki ennen lentokentälle lähtöä, mikä aiheutti jo suoranaista jännitystä. Sen jälkeen palvelu oli todella hyvää.

Communication was not great at first, but nice place

There was lack of communication at first and I ended up having to call (from US to Spain) to get in contact with someone to secure the place (after sending several messages over several days with no response). Once I got someone on the phone things moved quickly. Once we arrived in Spain, I gave the cab driver the address to the place, only to find out that was to a different building under their same management company. (I was sent two different addresses.) We then walked about 15 minutes to the other location and were greeted immediately. Once we arrived everything was fine, just getting the place secured and actually getting there was not ideal.
