With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it sleeps up to 5people and the spacious living area and large panoramic terrace provide ample room for relaxing and entertaining.

5th floor with elevator, superbright spaces and a hightech kitchen with all amenities you might need.



Enjoy breakfast outside with a view of Pincio, the hill over the Spanish Steps, before venturing out to explore nearby attractions like Spanish Steps, Piazzale Flaminio, Villa Borghese, just a short walk from the apartment.



The owner of the apartment Michele, is an artist and architect, designed and coordinated the renovation of the apartment herself. Completely restructured, it is filled with carefully-sourced vintage pieces that have been refurbished in a modern aesthetic. The exposed brick wall frames an incredible view from the chic livingroom through the dining area, and beyond, the rooftops of via Margutta.



Special add on of this stunning apartment is the PELOTON available, only for owners already! Please let us know if you will want to use it!

Spectacular location In Rome

We had a great 2 week stay at this lovely apartment. The roof top patio was very enjoyable for morning coffee and evening wine. We were able to walk to most places and enjoyed the neighborhood. Many wonderful restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Oasis in the center of Rome

Wonderful, clean, quiet apartment with all amenities -- including a beautiful, spacious terrace. Excellent location, very central. Check-in process was quick and easy, property manager very flexible and helpful. Would definitely recommend to any and all.

This property was a dream for us. The host was very good at communicating with us, very friendly, and super helpful. The apartment was extremely clean and supplied with everything we needed. The washing machine was super helpful as well as we traveled with our three children. We would love to stay here again! It truly was a gem! We are very thankful for the memories.

The company that manages this apartment is very high-touch, friendly, responsive. Karina met us in the apartment and showed us everything, and she helped with questions via text. She even recommended and booked restaurants for us which was amazing. The location is right in the center of the action and a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was comfortable, the AC worked well (very important in the unbelievably hot summer months!) We were thrilled to have a washer and dryer (we have kids and we were in Italy for nearly 3 weeks so we definitely needed to use the laundry!), the machines work great. You may want to ask them to get detergent ahead of time that isn’t the organic style (it smelled off to me). The roof deck was so fun to use, both in the morning with coffee and in the evening. Overall a fabulous stay!

Great Apartment with Fantastic Views and Location

We stayed in this apartment for five nights and it exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean and well-furnished and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Everything about the apartment was high quality and we really enjoyed the terrace in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in the Spanish Steps area of Rome.
