Tourist and refined residential area, spacious and well furnished apartment, wonderful view of the sea and the countryside with Etna view. Private descent to the sea with lawn, summer solarium with steps and accessible only via underpass. Adjacent solarium Sheraton Catania. Private parking space. The apartment consists of: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined together and become a double bed. Lounge, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The kitchen leads to the terrace, where there is a staircase leading to the large terrace. Pets are allowed if well behaved. In the living room there is also a balcony where it is possible to have lunch or enjoy the beautiful days.
