Take a short walk to downtown Brevard, hop on the bike path that starts 100 feet away or look for white squirrels on the porches. Or take a stroll on the new sidewalk to the Brevard Music Center. If you want a bright, sunny home, this one is for you! Sleeps 7.

Cozy, comfortable and conveniently located in-town home to return to after your day of mountain biking, hiking, or fishing. Quiet location that is only a 5-minute walk to Downtown Brevard or 10-20 minute drive to the Pisgah and Dupont trailheads. Covered carport for your vehicles and bikes.

Completely renovated house; freshly painted with newly refinished floors. The old kitchen was taken down to the studs and updated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with bar seating. New plumbing and tank-less water heater. New washer and dryer conveniently located on the main floor.

Sit down to play a game or begin a puzzle on the generously sized dining table. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the 50-inch flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon or Hulu. Stay in touch with the free broadband Wi-Fi. The living and dining space is large and you can keep cool with our ceiling fans and new central heat/air. Relax on the front and back porches with seating, tables and a new gas grill.

The bedrooms are large with new beds and bedding. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam topper, the "kids" bedroom has 2 twin beds and the middle bedroom is a hybrid office/bedroom with a sleeper sofa, desk and 32-inch TV. The living room also has a new double sleeper sofa that is just as comfortable to sit and watch TV as it is to fold out into a bed. There is a Pack and Play for the little ones. Plenty of closets to store your purchases from the local shops.

Nice stay

Great location and owners have done a nice job with updating the house and making the stay feel comfortable. Brevard was a great location to stay for exploring the 3 major hiking/waterfall areas nearby (all only 15-25 minutes away). Short walk to downtown and was able to walk the dog/jog on the nearby greenway. We will have to visit again to continue looking for the elusive white squirrel.

Great house in a great location!

We loved our stay on Probart Street! The newly redone house was great for our family of 5. The owners' attention to detail made the house homey and comfortable. The location is perfect for a quick walk downtown to the great restaurants or a quick drive into Pisgah to bike, run, horseback ride, fish, hike, etc. The owners were accessible and very helpful. We can't wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I came down for Memorial Day weekend with our dog to mtn bike. The first day, we biked to the bracken mtn trailhead from the house and rode over to Daniels ridge and buttergap. We were only 20 minutes from DuPont state park and less than that to the Hub and other trail heads. We walked downtown every night for dinner. Perfect location for us and had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a great place to stay!

The house was very clean; probably the cleanest Vrbo we've stayed at. It was well stocked with everything we could want/need while at the same time room to unpack groceries, clothes and toiletries we brought. Location couldn't have been better. Very short walk down main street to get to downtown area but not right on top of it where you have to deal with the noise. Also walking distance to lumberyard area with couple breweries and restaurants. There was even a nice park, silversteen park, that was also a short walk. Will be back!

Every detail of the home reflected thoughtfulness and care. Nice family home

This rental accommodated our family perfectly. My husband, daughter, and I stayed the weekend to attend my son’s college graduation at Brevard College. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the large deck where we had a wonderful bbq dinner to celebrate our grad. It truly felt like home away from home. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. This house is in a perfect location. It’s an easy walk to Main St and to the Lumber Yard area. Trish was quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Trish for letting use your rental for this very special trip to Brevard!!!!

Nice Home But Call the Exterminator

Overall, the stay was everything we expected. The location is great and their were some nice touches like Prosecco in the fridge to ring in the new year. When we arrived we did find a dead insect and went on to see two more spiders. One spider was on my daughter’s bed and from then on she refused to sleep in it. I think before renting in the future I will ask if an exterminator is used. A charging station by the bed in the master bedroom would have been nice. We are accustomed to charging phones at night. However, overall it was fairly reasonably priced for what was included. I did appreciate the early check-in and prompt communication.

Lovely Stay

This house was well kept and extremely comfortable. Brevard is a small town but this location was extremely walkable to 185 King St and some other great restaurants. The check-in / check-out process was extremely easy and straight forward. Highly recommend this house if you find yourself in the Brevard area.

Beyond Expectation

We stayed for a week with our tween children. The property was perfect for us - excellent location for walks to downtown Brevard, sitting on the porch in the evening listening to music from the Lumberyard (not loud but perfect for relaxing), easy access to the forests. The house was clean, well-organized, and the kitchen had everything (gadgets/pans etc) one might need for cooking. Enjoyed the wide array of puzzles, games, and books available (including some of our kids favorites) during our rainy week. Communication with owner was great - quick to respond to questions. We look forward to returning on future visits to the area!

Amazing rental!

Everything about this rental was perfect! My husband and I come to Brevard every year! Our normal cabin was booked, and we are so glad it was! We decided to extend our trip and we’re unable to do so through the app, I called Trish and she was so polite and accommodating! The home itself was clean, well stocked and very homey in the perfect location to everything we love about Brevard! We will definitely book this home again! This place is really nice, in a quite neighborhood, you can tell the owners take care of it, the inside and outside was clean, there was an outdoor fire pit and fire wood, a grill and a good sized family room.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 tweens and teens who have lived in ATL for the past 20 years. We discovered Brevard when our kids came up here for summer camps. We love the small town and all the outdoor amenities. We can't get enough of Rocky's, OP Taylors and Slide Rock!

Why they chose this property

We saw this house and fell in love with its mid-century simplicity, bright light, and the close proximity to downtown. We can walk out our back door, head 1/2 block to Main Street, and be at the bakery in 5 minutes! Our favorite restaurant, Mayberry's, is a block from there. An added bonus is the beginning of the bike trail being less than a minute down the street.

What makes this property unique

Leave everything at home! We're frequent travelers and we want to be sure that our guests leave our home feeling like it's theirs, and that they don't have to pack everything. We like to make sure our guests are comfortable, so we have pillows of different types and comforters of different warmth levels.
We have coffee, tea, sweets, lots of pillows and blankets, lots of towels, tupperware and ziploc bags for your leftovers, pots and pans, crockpots, games, puzzles, soap and shampoo, movies, books.

Our washer/dryer are brand new Stainless steel brand new appliances, BEDS are brand new with memory foam tops,

HVAC is brand new.
