Large fenced in back yard was great for our pooch close to town but still far enough away to create a quiet neighborhood on the dead end street. Close to numerous State Parks. lots of waterfalls. A very clean, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Large fenced yard with picnic table and nice deck. Close to downtown and great places to eat. Pisgah Forrest is close by with lots of outdoor activities. Downtown areas have great shops and restaurants. Everyone was so nice. You cant go wrong with this amazing house and beautiful area.

Perfect house! The house was very clean and spacious enough for our little family of three plus our little dog. Loved the back yard and deck. Brevard is such a beautiful, friendly town. We saw several white squirrels at the house. Extremely close to town and waterfalls. Highly recommend this property. Would stay again if in the area. Also quiet neighborhood.
