Villetta
Lucri is independent and entirely fenced, it`s suitable for children
and small pets are allowed. In addition to the large furnished verandah with table and chairs, this holiday home has two entrances on the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and bookshelf. The house consists of a kitchen with dining area
and access to the garden with barbecue; the kitchen is cozy and
equipped with accessories such as oven and dishwasher. Moreover, on this
floor there is a bathroom with shower.
The staircase takes to the basement floor with the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower. The basic furniture makes this holiday relaxing. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, outdoor shower, parking space and much more.

Villetta Lucri is a quiet and residential area of Santa Caterina,
halfway between the Ionian coast and the natural park of Porto
Selvaggio. The small villa is close to amenities such as a bar, shops,
gas station, supermarket, newsstand and tobacco shops, restaurants and a
beach establishment. The park of Portoselvaggio is 850 meters away, while Nardò is 5 kilometers away.


 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 6pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 30 is required for late check-in upon request (from 6pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioner in two bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- Bedrooms are on the basement floor.
