This is one of 10 studios in the building. It is self check in, with no front desk, however, if you need assistance on arrival, please let us know in advance and we would be happy to help you.

Please note, there is no lift in the building. This particular studio is on the first floor, so you will be required to climb stairs.

Quiet hours between 11pm - 8am and no extra guests to be brought back to the studio please.

It was okay

The studio is nice,the location is also great was a nice stay inside the studio was all little things you might need like Coffee,wine opener and ect.It was clean and created great mood for our stay. The few things why we would not come back is 1st parking. Dear god parking was a headache it is Hard to get the spot and then you have to have these parking permits what was a bit annoying when you cant just leave and do what you want as you HAVE TO come back and leave another parking permit daily. This on streat parking means you might have to leave the car 10min away from the property and it didn't feel safe. It is noisy as the flat is next to the street so if you want peace its not the place. And the bed 🙈🙈 sooo uncomfortable... please please have a look in changing it 🙃 2nights without sleep at 4am we were laughting from this situation. 🙈🙈🙈😅 the rest is great location is amazing to go out. A lot of pubs and restaurants arround. 15min away on the sea side you can get the ,,ship" that would take you to island for a few hours and bring you back.I loved it. So thanks to the owner and good luck.

I a property manager hosting several properties around Portsmouth and Southsea for others and enjoy ensuring they have a happy experience. With my fiancé Kat, we also open our home up to fellow property managers. We frequently use Homeaway ourselves and love to stay in places that feel stylish and quirky but also homely and where we might be able to pick up some good local tips from our hosts. We enjoy offering the same back to our guests. I know my way around pretty well and can tell you some great places to eat out or grab a drink. We like to give our guests their privacy but happy to help out with any info you need at your request.

I do not live on site and like to give guests their space. I do live in Southsea and may be around the building at points during your stay. I am always on-hand via email or text to help with any queries or to provide recommendations.

This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and s short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard
