About this property

Saloia Little House (Ericeira)

With the calm of the countryside to be able to rest or take a walk, but very close to the sea, the beach and the excitement of Ericeira.
It is a small single storey house with a moth Saloia, ideal for a couple with children, including babies as we have a "railing" bed, high chair and stroller. In addition we have an enclosed courtyard where children can play freely.
The patio also has two armchairs and a hammock where you can read a book or just enjoy the tranquility of the place. There is also a wooden table with four chairs and a sun hat so that you can dine outdoors if you wish.
The house has a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed (T1 + 1). It has a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals, with hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
In the bathroom and so you can come lighter, we also provide shower gel and shampoo.
By choice, we have no TV.
We have parking within the property and right by the house.

location très bien située et très propre mais......

Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée uniquement par téléphone maison très bien située et propre, bonne literie, mais ne disposant que du strict minimum en matière d'équipements : pas de lave linge(préciser dans l'annonce) MAIS pas d'étendoir ou de cuvette à disposition pour laver quelques bricoles,ou sécher ses combinaisons de surf par exemple (ericeria paradis des surfeurs !) La propriétaire, au téléphone, nous indique où trouver la laverie automatique (mais pour une semaine de vacances en dehors de la perte de temps ,pas suffisamment de linge non plus pour rempllr une machine automatique !) Pas de lave vaisselle MAIS le strict minimum en vaisselle (6 couverts, 6 assiettes....... Pas de wifi ,Dommage car petite location tranquille et bien située près des transports pour visiter Lisbonne et oublier la voiture

Lamento mais uma vez que os senhores não tenham lido atentamente o anúncio na plataforma, pois está bem assinalado que não possuímos máquinas de lavar roupa e loiça, nem Wi-Fi. Ainda assim, tivemos o cuidado de indicar onde poderiam encontrar uma lavandaria na Ericeira. Quanto ao self-check in (com acompanhamento telefónico) costuma ser muito valorizado pois permite a chegada à hora que for mais conveniente. Relativamente à quantidade de loiça e demais utensílios, parecem-nos totalmente adequados para uns dias de férias para duas pessoas.
