The house is excellent for its large, bright and cozy spaces.
Each corner has its charm, it is a cheerful and quiet house at the same time. You can enjoy the pool, gardens, barbecue, the charm of the private porch, ...
In winter the living room becomes more cozy thanks to the fireplace.
Anyway, living it is better than telling it.

You can enjoy the swimming pool, gardens, barbecue and community playground.
The barbecue area is equipped with all kinds of details and even the privacy of enjoying only your guests without being disturbed by the rest of the neighbors.

- It is an individual villa but belonging to a community so the rules of coexistence have to be met, parties cannot be held if they go outside the norms and normal noise.
- If guests need it, there is a possibility that every day (Monday through Friday) you can have a 2 hour cleaning service between 9 am and 2 pm. For free, included in the price of the reservation.
