Hosting six bedrooms: one ground-floor super-king-size with a wet room, whilst the first-floor provides four king-sizes and a super-king-size, all of which have en-suites, sleeping a total of twelve guests. There is an open-plan kitchen/diner, a utility, sitting room and a snug area. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Copmanthorpe Hall is a wonderful choice for a rural break to North Yorkshire.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 9 x TVs, Xbox and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x Travel Cots. 1 x Highchair (2 on request). Enclosed lawned garden with hot tub, pond and patio area with furniture. Ample off-road parking.
