Villa dell'Arte is located a few steps from the beach, from the veranda it is possible to enjoy the blue sea. The villa is independent, has a large garden with secular juniper trees, barbecue, laundry area with washing machine and patio. Inside it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dining area and living room.
In the village of houses there is a shared swimming pool (open from July to September) and a kiosk with breakfast and lunch service. It is located just 6 minutes from Villasimius where you will find markets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants.

pleasently supprised

the house is old but very, very clean, beautiful garden, there is a path to private beach, not to many tourists.It is a gem, and we will go back. It is a little hard to find the place.
