 This property is located just 8 kilometers from the historic center of Palma de Mallorca and its beautiful Cathedral in a very quiet residential area.
This new property now available in exclusive with Villaonline. A fantastic 3 bedroom chalet distributed:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 150 x 200 with baby cot.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed 150 x 200
- Bedroom 3: 2 Sinle beds 90 x 200
This house also has 2 fully equiped bathrooms with showers, modern equiped kitchen with table, Spacious lounge diner with a table for 6 people, air conditioning in all the rooms.
For your entertainment the property offers TV, WIFI, static byke and exterior a great pool 6x3 with shower also outside furniture and barbeque.
It is equiped for 6 people and is located 11 km from the airport, 4.30 km from Palma old quarter walking and it's very easy to reach with various access points.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00   
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.   
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.  
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.40 € / kw.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

Pep pomar...

The house is set in a quiet area acouple of miles outside the center of palma. Very secluded lovely pool area and conservatory overlooking the garden. Great for sitting out with a drink in evening. Spacious rooms with individual Aircon units. Two lovely shower rooms with good showers. Spacious kitchen diner with all mod cons. Great for 5 to 6 peaple.

Villa Pep Pomar...

Es war von der Buchung bis zum Abschluss alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir durften sogar früher in das Haus. Als wir ankamen wurden wir gleich von Alfredo begrüßt. Von ihm hatten wir auch schon vorher die Nummer, so dass wir ständig in Kontakt waren, bevor überhaupt die Reise begann. Er hat uns persönlich durch das Haus geführt. Englisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Dann haben wir gleich noch per WhatsApp Restaurant Empfehlungen bekommen. Nicht nur toller Service, sondern auch tolles Haus. Sehr groß mit Pool und der Patio war unschlagbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt. Trotzdem ist ein Mietwagen nicht verkehrt. 5 min mögen vielleicht nicht weit weg erscheinen, aber bei über 30 Grad will man die nicht laufen.

Amazing vacation ...

Hello guys,I spent 10 day at the end of August in this amazing Villa! We found the house as in the photos, we spent a relaxing holiday taking advantage of the swimming pool and the quiet area.The house is close to the main streets and the city of Palma.The owner and management were very professional and kind.We will try to return next year.
