Nice and complete apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has 2 terraces, one of them solarium type above the house overlooking a large urbanization. It has air conditioning (hot and cold) and a fully equipped kitchen. The nearest beach (seen from the house) is 10 minutes away. It has a large community pool, children's pool and a large common green area, plenty of space for cycling and paddle tennis. In addition, the house has an underground garage and storage room.
The bathrooms are complete, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The apartment is fully equipped.

Right next to the urbanization there is a gym that has a spa and heated pool.

Schöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung

Wir hatte 3 schöne Wochen in El Verger verbracht. In der Wohnung gibt's fast alles was eine Familie braucht. Schöne Poolanlage, Meer ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar oder 2-3 min mit dem Auto. Strand ist sauber und nicht überfüllt. Was in der Wohnung fehlt ist WLAN, in unserem Fall hatte es aber keine große Auswirkung gehabt. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
