Todo en orden. Buen apartamento y trato excelente. Alguna avería no achacable al propietario sino a la no comunicación de la misma del anterior inquilino. Recomendable.

Una vacaciones tranquilas

El alojamiento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Limpio, cuidado y bien equipado. La terraza es un gran punto a favor; además, daba la sombra desde la hora de comer, así que se puede aprovechar bastante. El entorno es muy tranquilo y agradable, aunque hace necesario coger el coche para hacer compras o ir a la playa. Excelente la atención de Rosa, siempre pendiente de todo. ¡Repetiríamos!

Séjour convenable en globalité

Le séjour s’est globalement bien passé, nous avons apprécié la climatisation présente dans l’appartement en ces fortes chaleurs. L’appartement était très propre, emplacement calme, très bien pour une semaine de vacances proche de Dénia et Gandia. Petits bémols : Piscine sans transats pour se reposer, nous avons dû mettre nos serviettes à même la terre, pas super confortable pour le coup. Ascenseur en panne 1 fois sur 2 donc 3 étages à monter et à descendre alors que je me suis faite opérer du genou il y a 3 mois, un petit peu compliqué. Pas de local poubelle visible, nous avons dû tout stocker dans la cuisine. Aucun produit d’entretien à disposition, juste la moitié d’un pot de liquide vaisselle et une éponge déjà usagée, nous avons dû racheter de quoi faire la vaisselle et le ménage. Le jour du départ, la dame sonne et toque plusieurs fois à la porte à 9h alors que l’heure indiquée était 10h, cependant elle nous a laissé 45mn pour terminer de nous préparer, très gentil de sa part.

Buen apartamento alejado de la playa.

El apartamento cómodo, la cama de matrimonio de 1'35 pero equipado con lavadora y lavavajillas, la piscina se puede disfrutar a todas horas y la playa está muy bien pero a 20 minutos andando ligero.

Vacaciones geniales en Oliva Nova

Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones genial! El apartamento todo perfecto, muy limpio, luminoso y acogedor, con todas las comodidades, cerca de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila, Rosa un encanto, súper amable y pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada! Un gustazo tratar con ella! Sin duda muy recomendable😊😊

Muy agradable y tranquilo.

Todo en general muy bien, apartamento, limpieza, piscina, zona; la playa a 15 minutos andando, sobre todo tranquilidad. Por aportar pequeñas cosas que eche de menos: una tabla para cortar, unos vasos para cubalibre, revisar la cubertería, un rasca para la vitro, un mantel para la mesa del comedor, y el mando a distancia de la tele que no funciona muy bien. Salvo estas pequeñas cosas un lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia.

Appartement très bien, conforme à l'annonce. La climatisation a été appréciée compte tenu de la chaleur de la saison ! ainsi que la piscine de la résidence très agréable le soir. Par contre le quartier n'est pas formidable, chantier en cours en face et ouvrier qui commencent à travailler assez tôt le matin, et obligation de prendre la voiture pour tout faire (courses, activités, ...) Ceci dit de très bonne vacances.

Appartement trés agréable meublé avec gout , propre ,bonne luminosité, équipement électroménager complet.Un plus cette année: le Kit Wifi. Propriétaire disponible et serieux,trés bon accueil. Quartier calme, immeuble pas très esthétique mais bel appartement meublé avec goût et bien équipé. Le balcon donne sur le golf avec la mer au 2ème plan ce qui est très agréable. La propriétaire facilite l'arrivée et est très réactive. Très bon séjour reposant.

"Appartement très agréable et très tranquille, très bien équipé, placé près d''une immense et belle plage (sur laquelle il n''y a aucun souci de place pour s''installer). De la terrasse, vous avez une belle vue sur le golf et la plage derrière lui. Possibilité de pratiquer le golf pour ceux qui le souhaitent, dans un espace fort agréable. L''immeuble est bien placé par rapport aux axes routiers, il est facile de rejoindre les grands axes, comme les plus petites routes qui vous permettent de visiter l''arrière pays et de vous faire découvrir de très beaux sites naturels et de très beaux villages ... Appartement recommandé pour passer un séjour reposant, avec le beau temps assuré, profiter de la mer avec sa très belle plage et découvrir une très belle région."
