Step into 300m² of beautifully designed outdoor space with a private swimming pool (1.50m depth, non-heated) and a 50m² lawn-covered area. The shaded dining area complete with charcoal BBQ, invites you to indulge in authentic alfresco meals using local ingredients. Whether it’s lounging under the Mediterranean sun, cycling through the coastal paths, or dining under the stars, every moment here feels like an invitation to unwind. An elliptical machine for wellness-focused guests & two electric bikes for adventure-seekers are also available outdoors.


Internal Living | Beds & Baths

The airy and elegant 150m² interiors are bathed in natural light, designed with an emphasis on comfort and functionality. With serene tones and quality furnishings, the villa balances laid-back luxury with home-like ease. The open-plan layout connects indoor and outdoor living for relaxed coastal living. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms in real beds, and two additional guests can be accommodated at two folding beds available upon request - which can be placed either at the living room area or at the bedrooms with double beds. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.
