12 Bootham Court Stylish Modern 2-Bed Flat in York with Parking | Pass the Keys
Located in an attractive period conversion, this 2 bed stylish and contemporary flat is situated just a 6-minute walk from York Minster.
Due to the prime location and modern amenities, the apartment would serve as the perfect base for tourists, families or business travellers alike. We are more than happy to welcome corporate lets for stays up to one month.
Unlimited fibre internet (upload: 9.5Mbps, download: 38.4Mbps) and an allocated parking space, which is a rarity so close to the city centre!
The property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
The entrance to our apartment opens to an inner hallway providing access to all rooms.
The open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen is light and spacious, providing a fantastic sociable living area. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with appliances which include a hob, double oven, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a large comfy sofa and armchair for relaxing and a bench style table set if you fancy a home cooked meal in the apartment.
Both double bedrooms are stylish with high quality furnishings and hotel quality bed linen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a walk in wardrobe/dressing-room, complete with three shelves and a clothes rail, as well as a dressing table with drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed with under bed space and a clothes rail with shelves for clothes/shoes/bags.
The bathroom is also brand new and features a three piece white suite with shower over L-shaped bathtub.
We have the benefit of an allocated parking space, which is a rarity so close to the city centre! Please keep on reading for detailed information on parking.
Guests will have access to the entire property.
Other things to note:
PARKING
Parking is in a SMALL car park at the rear of the building which is only exclusive to a few flats. If you have more than one car there is a 24 hour pay and display car park at Marygate which is a 2 minute walk away.
We would love you to take advantage of the parking space on offer however you must display the parking permit which will be left in the property upon your arrival.
Please note that we do not accept bookings for stays over 31 nights.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERH0G directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.
There is currently scaffolding erected around the building in which the property is located and at the entrance to the building. This is has been arranged by the building's management to complete works on the roof and is sadly outside of our control. The impact of the scaffolding on the property is minimal and the work on the roof has been completed and so there will no longer be workmen using the scaffolding. We apologise for this inconvenience.
