The urbanization is equipped with a large pool, located across the street, paddle and tennis courts, large parking lots. The City of Lepe has attached to the sports complex equipped with an Olympic swimming pool, several tennis courts, soccer 7 and paddle tennis, with a bar, cafeteria and restaurant.

It has three bedrooms for eight people (a double bed, two single beds and two bunk beds), two bathrooms with bath, a separate toilet, living room and fully equipped kitchen. It has a private patio and air conditioning hot / cold in the living room and bedrooms.

The access is completely paved.

Limpio, bien equipado y espacioso la piscina es del complejo no hay acceso directo desde el apartamento. Se trata de un duplex, las habitaciones estén el primer piso, con dos cuartos de baño grandes, abajo hay un aseo junto a la cocina y comedor.

Accueil extraordinaire, très chaleureux, parfaite disponibilité et excellents conseils sur les restaurants, Miguel Angel a même pris le temps, le lendemain matin, de nous montrer les magasins et bons lieux pour se restaurer. Nous avons apprécié sa maison, bonne fonctionnalité pour 10 personnes. Bien placée, proche de la plage, du Portugal. Très bon lieu de villégiature dans un cadre agréable, tout est disponible à proximité.
