Villa independiente, con todas las comodidades, acceso sin barreras, jardín espacioso, porche acondicionado y salón con chimenea permite disfrutar de ella también en invierno. Contamos con buggie para desplazamientos por el interior de la urbanización.
Cuenta con dos habitaciones suites con baño incorporado. Dos habitaciones dobles. 3 baños completos y un aseo.

Club social con wifi y restaurante. Piscina privada para la Urbanización y zona de descanso (hamacas y sombrillas). Desde la Villa se accede al Club social bien paseando, en bici ó en buggie de golf.
La Urbanización cuenta con pistas deportivas (Campo de fútbol de hierba, pista de tenis, pistas de padel y columpiospara niños pequeños). Desde la Villa se accede a dos estupendos campos de Golf de 18hoyos cada uno (Campos SUR integrado en la Marisma del Rio Piedras y Norte (Marisma, naranjos, pinos).
