This splendid holiday home in the countryside of the Cordovan province lets you unwind and relax with your beloved ones. The comforts provided ensure you’ll feel at home throughout your stay, and the quiet olive yards that extend as far as the eye can see are the perfect landscape to enjoy your well-deserved relaxation.

The villa is distributed on two floors, characterised by a rustic decoration and all the modern-day amenities you can think of, and a rooftop terrace, which you can access via an outdoor spiral staircase. The ground floor welcomes the dining-living room with warm/cool air-con, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom is also located on this floor, featuring a double bed and an en-suite with shower.

Upstairs, you will find a coquettish lounge area, furnished with a sofa and two rocking chairs that match with the wooden beams of the ceiling. The same decoration is in one of the four bedrooms that are located here, which also relies on a double bed. Another bedroom with a double bed is provided on the first floor, in addition to two more bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a bathroom with shower. Besides, the hallway of the first floor leads to a coquettish terrace, where you can relax in the chill-out area and rejoice in the gorgeous hill views that extend before your eyes.

All the bedrooms of the villa are equipped with warm/cool air-con, which ensures a comfortable atmosphere and cosy ambience whichever the period you choose to stay in this villa.

The house features a lovely outdoor area, where the whole family can gather and make the most of the warm sunshine of the area. For example, it’s possible to cook in the covered BBQ provided and have meals around the peculiar dining table under the pergola. A short wall ending with a gate separates the patio from the pool area. Here, you will find some sunloungers where to sunbathe, a chill-out area under a pergola where you will kick back, and the magnificent, salt-water private pool that lets the whole family refresh. This is also equipped with a round-shaped whirlpool part, which, is not heated.
