The room was out dated, and smelled of mildew. The mildew was discovered when me and the other guests were trying to figure out why the room smelled so bad.The bed pillows were horrible with mildew stains. We were afraid to look at the mattress. We stripped the beds sanitized them the best we could because the dryer didn’t work. Floors were dirty even though you pay cleaning fees. Destin is a beautiful place but I will never stay at Ariel Dunes again. The Hilton was a much better stay.

Great location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. The views from the balcony are amazing. The pools are perfect for kids and adults of all ages, and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The only downfall was the unit we stayed in is showing some wear and tear. The front door has a decent sized gap at the bottom, and the silverware and dishes in the drawers and cabinets were dirty to the point we had to had scrub them before using.

The picture is much nicer than what we found. Seascape itself was a nice facility and the view was excellent, but the condo needs major updating. The furniture was very dirty. The drapes had places that were not on the hooks, were hanging down and had dirty spots. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The bedspread was limp and dirty looking. The doors in the guest bathroom were hanging down. There was not the proper amount of silverware. I was glad the floor was new and there was no carpet. Many things were old and rickety. We bought a new coffee pot because the small four cup one that was there was very unappetizing. The refrigerator was nice. The chest of drawers in the guest bedroom had a broken leg and almost tipped over when we tried to open the drawer. They had to come and fix that. We also had to have the air conditioner and the door lock fixed while we were there.

My 87 year old husband couldn’t make it down 14 floors so we just stayed out on the porch for awhile looking down at a fire engine.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was just “ ok”..?It was a bit run down. Walls in bathroom were dirty and doors were hanging off the hinges about 2 inches.. I had to tell the kids to be careful opening . Sheets and bath towels were thin. ( probably from using the cleaning / linen service) walls were all scraped after years of use.. coffee pot was a hotel 5 cup. Pools were clean and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall, just needs some updating and better maintained..

This was one of the worst experience EVER! I received a text saying that I can check in early, I get there and couldn't get in, I waited an hour and a half. I tried contacting Ms. Langen the property owner, no reply until the following day. And she was no help at all. When I get in, none of the Tvs worked. I called about 3 different numbers no one was available. I called the cable company, come to find out all 3 of the Tvs were hooked up wrong, the nice lady at cox cable guided me to hook up all 3 Tvs which took about 2 hours. And she also said with me being a guest I shouldn't had to do that, I agree. The furniture is outdated and dirty everything was unplugged. I had the worst experience, I requested my money back or move me to another unit. But Ms. Langen ignored my request. I will NEVER come back to this place. I didn't even receive an apology.

Check in was between 4-6pm and we actually got a text by 1230pm that said our condo was all ready, which was very nice of them. Beautiful condo, lovely view, we had a little trouble finding our beach area but otherwise it was a lovely vacation. . No extra toilet paper, so take some. When you think you are out of towels, look under the sinks, I was hurrying to wash them, not knowing there was more until I looked for toilet paper...my fault. 🥰. Would definitely stay here again. Security at the front gate always there and friendly. Very spacious

Spring Break Staycation

We waited until the last minute to find a room for our in-town weekend in Miramar Beach, but fortunately we were able to find this amazing unit at Ariel Dunes. The reservation and check in process went efficiently, and the property manager sent several texts throughout our stay - to make sure we were satisfied, and preparing us for the check-out process.
