About this property

Modern house of 160m2 in a quiet area with garden and pool, 15 minutes from Bordeaux center.
Ideal for a pleasant holiday or weekend with family or friends, close to all amenities and the tram.
You access the accommodation through a gate that is opposite the main entrance, and you can park one or more cars.

Once the entrance is crossed, you will find on your left a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a laundry, continuing you will discover the large living room - dining room, and a bedroom.
Along the corridor you will access the 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with bathroom, the bathroom and toilet.
The garden and terrace allow you to relax with sunbathing, parasol, and barbecue, not to mention the pool for your summer evenings.

The cleaning service is your responsibility however we can offer you this option for an amount of 80 €.
In addition all late entries will be increased by 20 € from 21h00 to 00H00, beyond the amount will amount to 30 €.
