Villa Antea is located within the residential complex of Capannizza just 600 meters from the popular white sanded beach of Sa Capannizza .The Capannizza residence complex is directly located in front of the main access road to the famous 3 km long white sandy beach of Budoni. On the other hand it's less than 1 km from the center of the town of Budoni where all the necessary services are found such as the bank, caffes, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and more.

The HEATED POOL will be open from the begin of April until begin of November .

Amazing villa!

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Villa Antea for one week in September and we had a great time! It's very clean and modern and the private pool was a real luxury. The surrounding area is very quiet apart from a nearby hotel playing fairly loud music in the evening hours but that wasn't too much of an issue for us. Apart from that the location is simply perfect: 5min walk to one of the most amazing beaches and a beautiful pine forest and 15min walk to the Budoni city center where you'll find everything you need, including great restaurants and supermarkets. There was even a pond harboring wild flamingos which is pretty unique on Sardinia from I read. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and can only recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation!

Deilig villa eget basseng.

Deilig villa ikke langt fra Olbia flyplass. Kort avstand med bil til mange flotte strender. Villaen er relativt ny og velutstyrt. Herlig med eget svømmebasseng. Gangavstand til nærmeste strand og matbutikk. Hyggelig mottakelse fra Pasquale, som også var behjelpelig med tips om strender, restauranter og øvrige spørsmål vi hadde. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

We had a wonderful time Budoni! A perfect location, beautiful beaches, great food and friendly peop

The house was lovely. Spacious quiet private. Perfect location with gorgeous beaches all around. The town has plenty of shops and restaurants and very friendly people. Pasquale’s sister, Anna, was very nice when we settled in. The house was very clean with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped although we went out for all meals except breakfast. We loved sitting outside at night poolside. The only disappointment in house was the lack of a WiFi connection. We loved exploring the east coast of Sardinia. There are many beautiful villages along the water. We drove north one day and spent a day exploring the islands around Maddelena. We highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you!!

ESPERIENZA CONSIGLIATA.

La casa era esattamente come descritta. Nuovissima, finita a maggio 2017, arredata in maniera funzionale e di buon gusto era dotata di tutte le comodità (lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero, lavatrice, condizionatori ecc.). Dal portico, provvisto di tavolo, sedie e divanetto, si poteva beneficiare della vista della piscina rendendo le cene estremamente rilassanti. Il giardino, ben curato e quasi completamente piantumato, era fornito di barbecue, rubinetto dell'acqua e di una comodissima doccia calda utile al rientro dal mare. Il proprietario disponibile e gentile. Budoni, è raggiungibile in 20 minuti dall'aereoporto di Olbia. Il paese ha tutti i servizi market, bar, banche ecc...

Couldnt ask for a more unique experience in Sardinia!

The house was above expectations! Very well furnished, comfortable and close to the local beach. We were blessed with an incredible weather. We are already thinking of coming again soon. Maybe in the lower season since the pool is heated it will be enjoyable even in cooler weather. Thanks to pasquale and his lovely family for helping us throughout our entire stay!
