The chalet is 200 meters from the center of Agra but isolated and extremely quiet.
The view of Lake Maggiore is wonderful and you can enjoy it while sitting in the modern swimming pool or sitting comfortably on the sofa, a well-kept 2000sqm park
hiking or mountain biking (2 available) are endless, many beaches also equipped, schools of Windsurfing, boat rental with skipper, the city of Luino with many restaurants and shops is only 15min, the cities of Lugano Locarno Varese to 40min, Milan 90min.
The view of the Lake Maggiore is visible from the pool side, swimming in the pool, comfortable on a deck chair in the garden having lunch at home where you will enjoy a breathtaking view from the large window 3mtx2mt or on the balcony. The space of 1500 square meters. of the garden will allow you to find your favorite corner of peace both in full sun and in the shade of a tree.
