The large living and dining area opens onto the terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens and is perfect for alfresco dining. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals for the family. The family bathroom has been recently renovated to a high specification and has a large walk-in shower. The apartment also has hot and cold air conditioning units in the living room and hallway, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The excellent location of La Gavina, just a few meters from the beach, allows guests to have a hassle-free vacation and maybe a car-free vacation too! The attractive harbour and historic old town of Jávea are less than 3 km away, and there are also excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. 2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
