The penthouse occupies the complete top floor of one of the highest buildings in the Arenal area and thus offers 320 degree sea- and mountain view.
It is situated in the heart of the Arenal, in midst of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc., very near to the marina, beach infrastructure and commercial center Arenal. It is also next to the tennis club (50m walking distance) with its public swimming pool, fitness center, padel-, squash- and tennis courts (There is an entrance fee to the swimming pool).
Newly renovated, and extremely large (200 internal and 175 external m2) furnitured to a high standard, it provides a spacious, luxurious and modern open plan living experience. The large south-, west- and north facing windows feature motorized blinds and 7 large motorized awnings provide shade for the outside area which is decorated with lots of plants.
