1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

Javea Holidays very good.
Settee was uncomfortable
Main bathroom shower drained very slowly
I had to buy a spatula for cooking because there wasn’t one but I have left it there.

Un apartamento excelente y muy bien ubicado para bañarse en Calablanca y en el segundo Montañar.
Me ha gustado mucho la limpieza, lo cuidado que estaba todo, la buena gestion de la empresa y las caracteristicas del apartamento en si. Tenía de todo.
